Greenhead Lobster Recalled for Listeria Risk
In October 2021, Greenhead Lobster Products recalled about 5,749 pounds of frozen cooked wild-caught lobster meat due to a risk of contamination with Listeria monocytogenes bacteria.
What is the Problem?
No illnesses were reported. Instead, the recall was issued after a “routine sampling program by the company revealed the presence of Listeria monocytogenes,” according to the recall notice.
The company is asking consumers who bought the recalled products listed below to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
