One Daily Men’s 50+ Lawsuit
The lawsuit was filed by Harvey M., a man from Illinois who bought 2 bottles of One Daily Men’s 50+ supplements in June 2017. Soon afterward, he claims he began experiencing “new medical problems.”
What is the Problem?
Those “new medical problems” included numbness in his arms and legs, a burning feeling in his feet, weak hands, slurred speech, headaches, mental confusion, vision issues, tremors, and high blood pressure.
After seeking medical treatment, he was diagnosed with nerve damage and kidney damage, which required surgery and stent placement, according to the lawsuit.
Lab Tests Find Toxic Arsenic, Lead and Cadmium
Laboratory tests revealed that One Daily Men’s 50+ contained unsafe levels of toxic ingredients such as arsenic, cadmium, and lead. These ingredients were not listed on the label.
“As a result of the Vitamin Supplement containing arsenic, cadmium, and lead at levels toxic to humans, Plaintiff suffered numerous and permanent injuries.”
