Made Fresh Salads Recalls 14 Flavors of Cream Cheese
In February 2026, Made Fresh Salads, Inc. of Bay Shore, New York announced a voluntary recall for 14 flavors of cream cheese and a tofu spread due to possible contamination with Listeria.

The recalled cream cheese products were distributed in Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and the greater New York City area.
They were sold in 5-pound white plastic tubs with a “Made Fresh Salads” label and expiration dates through February 27, 2026. The expiration date is marked in the bottom left corner of the label.
The recall involves 5-pound tubs of the following flavors:

What is the Risk?

Pregnant women who are infected can suffer a miscarriage, stillbirth, or serious infection in newborns. Elderly people and people with weakened immune systems are at higher risk of severe, life-threatening complications or death.

Made Fresh Salads is urging customers to return the product for a full refund. Anyone who is concerned about an illness should contact a healthcare provider.
