What is the problem?

Ruby’s Pantry distributed a frozen breaded chicken product that may have appeared to be fully-cooked, but it was actually raw chicken. The product was unlabeled without cooking instructions or any warnings that the chicken was raw and needed to be fully-cooked before eating.

What Should I Do?

Anyone who bought unlabeled chicken from Ruby’s Pantry should throw it away, or cook it to an internal temperature of 165ºF to kill Salmonella.
