McCormick Recalls Italian Seasonings & Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Ranch Seasoning
On July 26, 2021, McCormick & Company Inc. recalled three types of Italian seasonings and Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Ranch Seasoning after FDA tests were positive for Salmonella bacteria contamination.
What Seasonings Were Recalled?
The recalled seasonings include the following products:
- McCormick Perfect Pinch Italian Seasoning (1.31-oz bottles)
- McCormick Perfect Pinct Italian Seasoning (2.25-oz bottles)
- McCormick Culinary Italian Seasoning (1.75-pound bottle)
- Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Ranch Seasoning (153-g bottle)
When & Where Were They Sold?
McCormick shipped the recalled seasonings to stores between June 20, 2021 and July 21, 2021.
Consumers may have purchased the seasoning at stores in the following states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
