July 20, 2023 — Pottery Barn Kids has recalled hundreds of Penny Convertible Cribs due to a laceration hazard.
The baby cribs were recalled because the end panel can loosen, exposing dangerously sharp edges.
No injuries were reported, but Pottery Barn said it received 2 reports of the end panels separating from the crib.
The recalled cribs are white and they can convert to a toddler bed. They were sold from September 2022 through April 2023 for about $900.
Consumers can identify the recalled cribs by finding a label on the underside of the crib with Model Number (SKU) 2850473.
Pottery Barn is asking consumers to immediately stop using the recalled cribs and contact the company to schedule delivery and installation of new end panels, or a full refund.
