On October 23, Taylor Farms recalled Mushroom Stir Fry and issued the following warning:
“The product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes and if eaten, could result in severe illness to those individuals who are prevent or have a weakened immune system.”
Where Was It Sold?
The recalled packages of Taylor Farms Mushroom Stir Fry were sold in the following states:
- Georgia
- South Carolina
- Auburn, Alabama
- Greater Louisville area (including Indiana) and Lexington, Kentucky
- Greater Memphis area, Tennessee
- Arkansas
- Mississippi
- Western Kentucky
- Nashville and Knoxville, Tennessee
What Should I Do?
Consumers can identify the recalled products with UPC 30223 -11232. The recall involves all use-by codes. The product can be returned to Kroger for a full refund.
