Nuby Stroller Fans Recalled After 6 Children Injured
In March 2025, the Louisiana-based manufacturer Luv n’ Care announced a recall for about 33,600 Nuby Stroller Fans after reports of small children who suffered finger laceration injuries (cuts).
What is the Problem?
Nuby Stroller Fans were recalled after 7 reports of children’s fingers accessing the fan blade, resulting in 6 laceration injuries (cuts). The recall warns parents:
“The stroller fan’s housing allows consumers’ fingers to contact the fan’s blade, posing a laceration injury hazard to small children.”
How To Identify Recalled Nuby Stroller Fans
You can identify the recalled Nuby Stroller Fans by finding the lot number N8K10X and model number 25138, which are printed on a white label on the back-center of the fan.
The recalled Nuby Stroller Fans have three speeds, adjustable tripod legs, and a rechargeable USB port. They are typically used for babies and toddlers, with the flexible tripod legs wrapped around the bar of the stroller. The name “Nuby” is on the front of the fan in the center.
