What is the problem?
The Schmidt Firm, PLLC is nationally recognized as a class action law firm, but we are not filing a Honey Smacks class action lawsuit. Instead, we are filing individual lawsuits against Kellogg’s for people who got sick with Salmonella after eating Honey Smacks.
About Class Actions
Class action lawsuit can have disadvantages for people who suffered severe food poisoning illnesses. In a class action, any payout awarded in a trial or a settlement is shared with everyone in the lawsuit.
Why Our Law Firm is Filing Individual Lawsuits as Opposed to a Class Action
There is no excuse for selling cereal that is contaminated with dangerous bacteria like Salmonella. Our lawyers file individual lawsuits so we can focus on helping individuals with severe food poisoning seek compensation for their illness, medical expenses, pain and suffering, lost wages, permanent injuries, and more.
