What is Accord?
Accord® XRT II Herbicide is a non-selective herbicide manufactured by Dow Chemical that kills weeds and grass. It contains a high concentration of glyphosate, the same active ingredient as Roundup®, and it also includes a unique third-generation DMA salt.
What is the problem?
Accord contains glyphosate, a chemical that was classified as a “probable human carcinogen” (likely causes cancer in people) by the cancer-research division of the World Health Organization in 2015.
Glyphosate Cancer Lawsuits
Since 2015, thousands of lawsuits have been filed by people who developed cancer after using Roundup and other glyphosate-based herbicides. Lawsuits accuse manufacturers of ignoring evidence linking glyphosate and cancer dating back to the 1970s.

What is Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma?
Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma is a type of cancer that occurs when blood cells called leukocytes grow uncontrollably. These mutated cancer cells eventually crowd out healthy leukocytes, causing symptoms like swelling of lymph nodes, fatigue, fever, night sweats, and more.
